1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Happening everywhere i travel (london, surrey etc)
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Haven't tried it
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
I have no service anywhere
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
ALL - I Have no service!
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Yesterday at midday
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Hi
If the issue is happening everywhere then that would point to the phone or sim card at issue.
Using another Sim Card in your phone to test it would help rule out the phone.
Using your sim card in another phone would help rule out the sim card at issue.
Any Vodafone store can sim swap for you to replace the Sim Card if necessary.

@lakshmi24 Please follow the advice given by @BandOfBrothers in relation to getting a replacement SIM from your local Vodafone store.
You'll be able to test your SIM in a different mobile whilst in our store to determine if it's an issue with your account.
Let us know how you get on.
