I have opted for the sky sports pack on my new contract but the app won't let me set it up. It keeps saying I need to turn off my wifi and use 3g/4G to set it up. I have done this but I keep getting the same error message come up. I've reinstalled and this has made no difference. Having read up on this it would appear to be a previous issue. However having followed previous advice, I have verified my account online with Sky and this seems to have made no difference
I have telephoned the Vodafone helpline. I took 45 minutes to be advised this wasn’t a Vodafone issue and Sky will be contacting me? I have waited nearly a week and have had no phone call.
Help 😞

Hi mrlavalava,
Thanks for confirming.
Do you have a new [#6xxxxxx] reference from the email you sent with the screenshots? I can't see anything in our email queue from you since January.
Please can you confirm you're sending these via email and not PM? As per the instructions, we do not monitor our PM inboxes. This helps keep your details secure and gives us the chance to concentrate solely on eForum posts and emails to our team.
Many thanks, Ben

Hi Ben,
Until now I didn't know the diference between a private email and a Private Message.
I would have assumed they were the same and it appears totally bizarre that you can't message people at Vodafone and get a reply! You are asking me to send personal information via a potentially non-secure email as opposed to a secure internal message sysyem???
I think making this clear to people would save a lot of time an effort. At least to me.
Screen shots sent "by email" for the 6th or 7th time. I've lost count.
Given the rate of progress, the free offer will have expired by the time this is fixed

Hi chaps,
Good to hear from you both.
Unfortunately nothing has been resolved, apart from the position that neither Vodafaone or Sky are able to resolve matters.
Please see the last message from Vodafone Customer Service 8th March
"Hi Andrew,
Thanks for getting back to my team.
I've now raised this with our IT team. Though we can't confirm when exactly it will be fixed, you should hear as and when there's any update."
So sorry Dave, Vodafone are presenting very mixed messages on this. Look earlier in this thread to see many - it will and it won't statements from your colleagues.
Any advice or a solution would be very welcome.

It doesn't work with my Note 3, just keeps saying to turn off WiFi when it IS off!
