Galaxy S4 Android Lollipop Problems

Hi - There have been posts saying that a factory re-set fixes the lollipop upgeade problems with the S4, but that has not worked for me.

The phone shuts off and tries to restart continuously. There does not seem to be a definitive fix out there on any forums.

I am surprised that there are not more posts on this. Anyone found a better fix?

Ah ok.

It's probably a staggered type of rollout.

Take a look in your phones software update settings area.

The link I added has lots of information on the issues people have been having and some discussion around the recently released patch by Vodafone.

Nothing in Vodafone Updates on my phone. I'll try connecting to Kies later.
