My S4 mini is not my favourite phone by a country mile. Now it has storage issues even though photos and apps are on an SD card. I did some investigating and found my contacts storage is 2.4GB!!!! How did this happen and how do I clear it?

This sort of thing happens if you have a lot of photos on contact cards.
Make sure your contacts are backed up to your Gmail and then go into settings, applications and scroll to contacts and clear the cache and data. That should sort the issue out.

Hi
Tip : If your s4 starts to glitch then as a last resort you could perform a Hard Reset which helps to remove out old Code especially after a firmware update.
As this takes the phone back to factory conditions it's best to make a back up and remove any SD Card.
As I use an iPhone I prefer DropBox to save my photos to but even when I'm using a phone with SD card facilities I still prefer DropBox.
