Your Vodafone order is due for delivery on Friday 17th April

On the morning of the Friday 17th April you'll receive a 1 hour delivery window and you'll be able to live track your order on its way to you. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery at: ***************

i also received that email , and a text to my landline... why they keep texting my landline i have no idea, anyway.

Woke up this morning to email from vodafone saying i will get my delivery tomorrow friday 17th then logged in here to track my order and it shows my driver Mo will deliver my phone between 9.50 and 10-50 today ?....

so even though im expecting the phone i still dont know when exactly. lucky for me im off today and tomorrow so no messing about taking days off work

Be careful i also received this email, yet order is still stuck on stage 2, and customer services have told me.i have no order and another said it will be 3 weeks! What is going on!!!

ive just received a further email saying its coming between 1152 and 1252 today i can track it and everything ?
I dont even think vidafone knows whats going on to be honest x fingers crossed keep us updated x

Sarah if you got a timeslot, then 99% certain you will get the ph one today.  And when you do, and go back to tracking your o rder online, chance is that it will still be stuck on stage 2 or 3 or whatnot rendering that order reference as usueless which is consistent with my previous experiences with them on pre-orders

Hope you have a better time than me with the sim.  So after finally receiving the phone on Monday, they kindly decided not to post a new sim also.  Had to wait till yesterday for that.  Did the simswap online and still waiting for it to kick in arghhh. If not one thing then another

all i can think of is when i called a couple days ago i was told i could change to the s6 which i said no to. but i did clarify i was getting sent a new sim.... which i did get so maybe whoever i spoke to changed it to an s6?

im actually on the phone now waiting to talk to someone as the chat guy said ' as i understand you asked for an edge but received an s6' i told him if i ordered the s6 why did everyone i chatted with agree that i ordered the edge?

and if i ordered the s6 why was i asked if i wanted to change it to an s6?

im on hold now listening to the same 2 songs on repeat... swell
