Galaxy S7 Edge - sim

Hi.  Just received my new S7 Edge - joy of joys .... Only to find no nano sim card was included so cannot set up completely.  Has anyone else has the same problem?

Hi

Sometimes the sim is sent separately but usually before the actual phone. 

If your a new customer then any Vodafone shop can supply one and they'll set it up for you. 

If your upgrading then if your original sim is a nano one then just use that but if your sim is bigger then again a Vodafone store can perform a sim swap to move your number and tariff across.

I didn't think my sim was with it; it was on a card at the bottom of the bag. Check your despatch note as it lists it on there

Also Vodafone send out multi sims which are the type where you push out of the card the sim size you need.

that flumoxed me at first! Didn't realise I had to push out further and couldn't understand how to fit the micro size version into the tray; had to watch a youtube vid and it finally dawned on me
