Anyone know what is going on with this? Been on webchat 3 times this week and been given 3 different answers! One of them said it would be on pre order this week which doesnt look likely, one said no pre order but going on sale 10th and the other said the same but the 17th. They dont have a clue! Only Vodafone and O2 who dont have it available for presale.

Yeah, I spoke to someone on webchat today just to get a clearer picture as to when I need to arrange to be in for dpd and they said the latest ill get the phone is by the end of next week.

They also said they will pay £5 credit to my account for every week I have waited.

That's not much. I've already had £45, but then I am without a phone at the moment.

I see the stock on the online shop has changed again.

Black delivery in 1 - 2 weeks 

White - 2 - 4 days.

So I guess they have updated everything now.  I ordered the white 10 days ago, so im assuming by the update of their site they must have them in stock now.

As this is turning into a bit of a farce, perhaps we should start a book on when we will receive our Note 4's. I'm feeling vibes for Wednesday (12 days after I ordered and was promised working day delivery). Are there any Vodafone employees watching this thread who actually have any 'real' answers?

My bets on Tuesday, but maybe that's just wishful thinking lol.

The website keeps chopping and changing earlier said the white was out of stock 1- 2 weeks now its back to being in stock and delivery within 2 - 4 days.  Bit odd.

Black one still appears to be out of stock.

Although according to the customer assistant on the telephone the other day, he said if you are at stage three it means there is a phone assigned to you in their queue down in the warehouse/ ie a physical item.

But then i've been told many things over the last ten days.

As soon as I get confirmation of its dispatch I shall let you know, because i'm only up the road lol.

If you do not mind me asking, what deal diid you get offered?

When I phoned then yesterday the gave a flat response that they could offer no improved deals over what is advertised on the VF website regardless even of the fact that package I would go for is at the top end of the price range. The reason given was the very new nature of the handset.

I've just had an email saying my order is ready for delivery. No delivery date given in the email though.

Just Had email that mine will be delivered by DPD between 13:29 and 14:29 today
