Global Roaming Existing Contract

Hi

As per the webpage which seems to suggest its easy, all I want to do is turn on global roaming on my existing contract without extending the contract end date.

I have made countless calls and have still not managed to do this.

Does anybody know or have any experience here ?

So if I am on a 12month plan at £67pm  What plan do I change to?
