Looks like there is issue with Global Roaming especially for Receiving Calls.
I was in Kenya last month. I had been charged for Receiving Calls. I got a text two days into my trip regarding OOB usage being slightly higher.
I called 191 (which is free) and get a few different stories. Ultimately was told to call back when bill is produced.
Which I didn't mind as was due in few days. Contacted the Forum team using an existing live Reference (Activated Roaming on 22Jun). Credit processed immediately.
However I noticed OOB charges for 25/26Jun as well.
Replied to the existing Email and was contacted today. First tried to tell me that had two different Networks so could be the reason for being charged for Receiving Calls. I had to popint out that with Roaming now you can use any available Network and the charges would be the same.
Told will check and call back regarding receiving calls.
Question is has anyone been charged for Receiving Calls in Roam Further Zone?

I'm heading to India in a few weeks with work. India is a roam further destination however I'm only intending to use the service on days where I'm not working. On the other days I'll just hook up to wi-fi and use it for incoming only so I'll certainly keep an eye.
How did you pick up on the errors, was it just you keeping an eye on your unbilled usage?

Got onto the phone to Vodafone as App does not work. And as usual not sure what is happening but wait for the bill, despite pointing out what is happening.
