Globetrotter Fusion Quad Lite - Won't Connect

I've had a GlobeTrotter Fusion Quad Lite for some time and have been trying to get this working for months now :angry: :angry: :angry:

I have the latest version (9.3.6.12095) of the Vodafone Mobile Connect software installed but I cannot get it to connect.

After leaving it 'Searching for a network ...' for some time I did get an error message saying that my SIM card needs activation and I should email activate@vodafone.co.uk.

I did this on 5 September but I have heard nothing back.

What do I have to do to get this Mobile Connect card to work?

I borrowed a 3 USB dongle which worked straight out of the box.

First things first, welcome to the eForum Family! It's always a pleasure to greet new faces :)

Hmmmm I do remember the previous Express Cards we ranged although I've not handled a query around them in a while since the USB Modems are slowly phasing them out! Fear not though, I can look into the registration issue with you myself. All I'll need you to do is respond to the email I'm sending to your registered email address and I'll be happy to have a dig around for answers!

The superfast USB modems we supply are also good to go from the box so anybody looking to upgrade or connect to one in thr future needn't worry about registration dealys ;)

I have resent the email to your registered address, if you could check your spam/junk folders as sometimes our mails end up in there by mistake.
