Got a £20 BVB SIM only 2GB data

I just got my BVB SIM in the post, and printed inside it says I only have 2GB UK data (along with all the other features a £20 BVB Comes with).  The current promotion has 4GB UK data and 500 MB of Euro roaming.  What's the deal with that?

The welcome pack maybe from a previous printed stock with the older tariff allowances information on it. 

As you state it's now changed. 

"You'll get all this for 30 days4GB 4G UK data
500 UK minutes
Unlimited UK"

Have you activated the SIM card and set up your Myvodafone app and Myvodafone online to see what it's advising as to what actual data amount you have ?

Other ways to manage your Payg account....,

"To see your balance on screen, call *#1345# free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile.

To see your remaining allowance, call 2345 free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile
