HELP! Sure signal is driving me bonkers

I am losing the will to live trying to get Sure Signal to work. I have had it for 3 days, it is registered. Serial number 40132741873. Nothing is happening. I get the red power light flashing and an orange solid light on the phone icon. 

I have spent approaximately 50% of the last 3 days talking to Vodafone to try and get this sorted and I am no nearer a solution. I thought this was meant to be straight forward. All I am getting is stressed and angry and my signal is no better. 

Help me out please.

Thanks for your reply.

Your trace route shows that the Sure Signal connection isn’t hitting our servers.

You’ll need to contact your ISP to see why the connection won’t reach past 195.50.122.66.

The IP the Sure Signal should be reaching is 85.205.116.14.
