Sure signal v2

Hi I bought a second hand sure signal which has been deregistered from the previous owner, I'm trying to register it but keep getting "sorry there seems to be a problem" or "sorry this sure signal can't be changed at the moment. Please try again later" message after I click the 'add users' button. The serial number is 40110924590 am I on the wrong page? Or what's going on? please help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post.

The Sure Signal hasn’t been deregistered, it shows its registration date as 02/07/2011.

You’ll need to double check with the original owner to make sure they deregister it for you.
