That official comment was 3 weeks ago. Have they reviewed this yet?

I've been waiting for the 10 since the leaks started coming out a couple of months ago.

But not with Vodafone direct, only via third party suppliers.

Only EE and 3 seem to be offering the HTC10 for pre-order at the moment.  O2 don't have it either.   It's available unlocked on any network from Carphone Warehouse, but will come without the network-specific software, which some people will regard as a positive, of course.
