Hi All,
I purchased my HTC One M7 back in May 2013. I have recently noticed that my HTC One M7 camera seems to be showing a grid-like image everytime it is in low light. I have researched online and the "Purple Image" issue seems to be quite common but I'm not sure if my issue fits under that category.
I have attached a sample photo - it's definitely something to do with the lens. I haven't dropped it or anything so I'm not sure why it has suddenly happened. Photos in normal light seem to be fine.
Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Banany

Hi Banany,
The grid symptom is usually the result of a screen that's been pushed in. If you keep your phone in tight pockets or an overly fitted case, this can cause wear and tear.
If you don't feel it's something caused by accidental damage, we can book it in for a repair.
Alternatively, you can approach HTC directly to discuss a repair or replacement.
Cheers,
Ben
