HTC One X help.

Dear Forum, I've had my HTC One X now for 2 years and i cant upgrade it til next year. As i've already said i've had the phone for 2 years now, the battery life is poor, i have to charge it twice a day, and also the backlight isn't working meaning in daylight i cant see anything at all on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi df3805,

If you've had the contract for more than two years, you should be able to upgrade here.

You can also arrange a repair of the phone by following the instructions here, although it won't be covered by the warranty so there would be a charge.

Hi Matt, apparently I can't upgrade til February next year. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
