HTTP Error 403 restricted access

Hi,

I have been with Vodafone in Ireland for a few months now and yesterday, out of nowhere, my internet started flashing up with Error 403. Apparently my access is restricted. I have plenty of data and credit, perfect 3G signal and have experienced no other problems until now. Previous posts on this topic suggest it goes back to normal after a couple of hours but I have waited 24 hours and there has been no change. I can use my facebook and outlook apps, as well as viber and skype, but nothing else.

Thank you for your reply. I was able to contact another member of the team yesterday afternoon and fortunately the problem was solved quickly and easily. She reset something and asked me to turn my handset off and on again, and everything seems to be working fine again. 

Thanks again for your reply and offer of help though. With any luck the problem will not be a recurring one.

Is this a Vodafone UK or Vodafone Ireland account?
