Held to ransom by Vodafone. Will NOT cancel 'new' contracts

Frankly, I despair.

Ordered two new mobile contracts 4th May 2016, then cancelled both 23rd May 2016. It is now 4th August and Vodafone will NOT cancel the 'new' contracts. I have had endless online chats, numerous telephone conversations. Still NOTHING resolved.

I have now contacted Ofcom as Vodafone refuses to resolve situation and I am extremely frustrated and upset at the amount of my time that Vodafone reps have wasted.

Also have Vodaphone landline which does not receive incoming calls. Unbelieveable!

Vodafone have also restricted all 3 of my mobile tel no's as their rep cancelled my direct debit in an effort to ensure the issue was solved. 

I am NOT amused.....

Sending another engineer to check landline Friday 12th Aug....and the problems go on...and on...

Landline now working. 

 

Mobile accounnts still NOT RESOLVED. No return bag for Iphone SE and new bill includes all contracts not cancelled.

 

So tired of complaining. Nothing ever gets done about this.

Went into local branch as NEVER sent return bag despite numerous promises. Local Vodafone branch took phone for return. Called after several days 2 inform me phone not received at warehouse. Then...nothing! Had 2 take yet more of my time 2 visit local store 2 enquire what was happening. Totally patronised. Apparently my 3 1/2 month problem is nothing! I should have followed up - I did, hence my going 2 store - as staff have SO MANY complaints, they can't be expected to remember to follow up mine. SERIOUSLY? Vodafone staff are in a class of their own!

Now...local store cannot get anyone at warehouse to confirm my phone was returned. 45 mins later, I left without resolution, as per usual. Not before being told I should be grateful for Vodafone staff at local store helping me.....MIND BOGGLING!

3 1/2 months. NO resolution!

Upset, angry, frustrated.
