How do you mean to register with? When mine arrived it was on the delivery note and also on the side of the dongle box.

Probably. Have you found it? It should be on the despatch / delivery note or on the side of the box. If not 191 will tell you straight away.

I use XP not Vista. But anyway, the "phone number" of the dongle was available to be seen when using the Vodafone Mobile Connect dashboard software. Isn't this the case with Vista too?

Another way is to take the sim from the dongle and put it in a mobile phone (it must be a voda or unlocked phone).
