I am looking for a Vodafone 888 battery I tried calling customer service,chat online and visiting store but no luck would you please help me sorting this out because all above three are telling me to contact the other Thanks

A quick check on eBay suggests that can be got for about £8.  You can't be sure they're genuine, admittedly, but as long as you don't go for something suspiciously cheap and stick to a UK-based supplier you should be OK.   And, as batteries are outsourced anyway, what's actually "genuine"?

Genuine Lithium Ion batteries have circuitry to prevent overcharging and potential thermal runaway which can lead to personal injury or fire, cheap knockoffs may not.
