Ive moved house. Ive changed my new post code in the "sure signal management page". The suresignal works. So PLEASE STOP sending me text messages every other day asking my to update my address. Just look on your own system !!

Did you change the address details before or after you moved?
I found when I moved that changing it before moving caused issues and I had to change it again once I have moved into my new place.
If your change wasn't made until after you moved into your new place you might need one of the team to re-sync it for you. If you post the serial number they should be able to do this
