How To Check Monthly Data Usage

Can someone please advise how I can keep a track of my monthly mobile broadband data usage.

The total given by my Vodafone Conect software is less than the figure Vodafone says I have used.

How do I keep control of my data usage?

Any suggestions welcome.

Register for online billing. The counter on the dashboard software is only a guide because there are certain types of data transfer that it can't pick up (automatic software updates are one of these things eg. windows updates) The info on the online billing is up to 48 hours behind but it is the most accurate view you will get.

This is a good question. It can take about 48 hours for all the latest data to be collated for any SIM card on the network. This is for voice calls, texts and data usage. P1E_EATER is absolutely right the Vodafone Mobile Connect software tries to capture as much data as it can but this is generally estimated.

Your best bet is to sign up for our online billing through Vodafone My Account. If you sign up you can frequently check your usage and even download the information as an Excel file :)

Hi, I've been trying to get my total unbilled useage for ages now, and do not beleive that the online site shows a total unbilled useage figure, only a list of entries that you have to download to excel to then add up and check your useage. Can someone confirm that this is correct? What do I do if I don't have excel, use a calculator?

Also I have two dongles, can the VMC software be set to show the useage for each dongle even if i use them on the same computer?
