Hi Troubled of Brighton.

Unfortunately as Holly has said in her posts, Vodafone do not support Skype, so we wouldn't be able to offer you any help with this.

Thanks

Dear benj, please tell me I'm not going mad or I am already mad. I have read Holly's post 5 times.

“Skype should work very well with your Broadband, but it's designed to use as much bandwidth as possible to make the call quality the best it possibly can. - in theory, Skype could use as much as 1Mb per minute when on calls, and even if it's just sitting on your desktop idle, but connected it could potentially use up to 50Mb per day.”

where did she write that you do not support it.
