How do you put credit on to an iPad Air.. Not data?

I originally put a £25 data plan on the iPad because the help section said that this was the right way to do it and now I have just wasted £25 since I need to add £20 in order to unlock the device to all networks so how would I do this to just add the credit itself?

Ive not used an iPad Air that's cellular and wifi but I'm wondering if putting the sim in a phone and topping up that way or pop into a Vodafone store. 

Their is No Customer facing email address.

Thats a difficult one for sure when you have to buy a data pack with the credit.

This should be something Live Chat should know the answer to.

As @BandOfBrothers mentions THERE is no customer facing email address.

Vodafone shops have plastic SIM card adapters that your nano sim sits in to make it a micro sim or a standard one so it'll sit in another Vodafone or unlocked to all network phones. 

Just a thought.
