How does someone travelling from Nepal subscribe to and get a Vodafone 4G sim card for using internet from an internet dongles that goes in a laptop in Kolkata?

Do you really want a UK SIM card?
You will be better off waiting until you get to Calcutta where you can buy one on Vodafone India.
