Hi
We have a customer that has 16 Sure Signals (his house is huge!) and has 4 users registered on the devices however we seem to only be able get 3 Sure Signals to work.
He has a 5mb upload and 5mb download, a Draytek router and network switch.
Is there any reason why I cannot get all the Sure Signals to work? is there a limit? and how do I check that they are all connected correctly to Vodafone as the status lights show they are connected?

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
