How to cancel Order

I ordered an iPhone 6 last night and would like to cancel the order. Trying to do this through the call centre has been impossible, bumped from department to department & hung up on while on hold. Can anyone advise as to how I can cancel the order and get my up front payment refunded ?

Order number is (WEB-0000000134136124).

Any help would much appreciated.

After finally getting through to a competent individual in the call centre it would seem that my order has been cancelled. Upfront payment is supposedly automatically refunded within 7-14 days.
