I was an 'early adopter' and got a Mobile Broadband (E172) stick just when they were launched - because I didn't then have proper landline broadband. I pay £15 a month on contract. It is several years now !!
I realised that I only se the device for about a day every 6 months - it is really a backup for when my landline BB goes down - so £15 a month is a waste of money when I could switch to PAYG
I went through the process of cancelling my account before Christmas (online) - but it is still working and I am still getting billed each month !!
How do I cancel ???
Can I just put a PAYG SIM card into the E172 device? (which works fine and I am happy with - the odd occasion I use it!)
