My Vodafone mobile has been since Mid January in the repair service and today they told me they sent it to the manufacturer and just Mid February is going to be ready.
Why is it taking so long?
My husband got the same problem with his phone, so I was wondering if it is a problem with the device and if Vodafone was not prepared for this kind of thing.
I am having a lot of problems for not having my phone with me.
Could you be more effective with your services? It has caused a lot of damage on my file.

I agree it can be frustrating when a phone needs to be looked at.
May I ask which phone it was and the issues you was having with it.
Delays can can occur if the phone has to be sent to the manufacturer. I prefer to deal with the manufacturer initially for assistance to begin with as they know their hardware and software better than a repair centre.
We are fellow customers here so will be unable to check Vodafones systems to see how things are progressing.
