Hi Vodafone,
I have a Vodafone Huawei P9.
I have tried manual update at the settings menu numerous times, still no update.
Surely, the update has been released by now; this thread was started nearly a year ago!
Thanks.

Sorry but cant comment for the P9, my P9+ updated some time ago, its on Android 7 with EMUI 5.0.1, with security patch from December 2017.
My handset was upplied direct from Vodafone.

Thanks John but not much help, glad to hear your phones ok.
Any official Vodafone representatives out there that can assist?

was your phone supplied directly by vodafone ? or a third party (CPW etc.) ?

Car Phone Warehouse, surely that's not the reason ?

@JonnyRippa yes it could well be, vodafone only control the firmware for handsets supplied by them, CPW source them from other areas and it can often depend on the manufacturer or where they supplied them from releasing the firmware.

Ok thanks John, I'll go back CPW and ask them.
cheers.

@JonnyRippa have you tried with the Huawei software here

I've received 3 OTA updates for my Huawei P9 since I bought it. First 2 I received in UK and 3rd one I received while I was in Bangkok. Currently my Build number is EVA-L09C02B352 with security patch 1 December 2017.
