Hay all. I keep getting this message when I try and record a video or use apps like Shazam. I have backed up and restored the phone a number of times now and it keep returning. Any ideas?

Are you able to clear the apps cache and data too and go into your play store and under my apps delete it there too to be able to download a fresh copy of the app @mandrews
