You don't mentioned what happens when you try to register, so not sure if this helps.
I had a problem registering my first Sure Signal. It turned out the site didn't recognise my postcode, I'm in a new build, so the tech team set it up using a postcode of a property about a mile away. They said it didn't matter that it wasn't my own postcode and certainly the unit worked really well, at least initially.
