I have my S6 edge but order is not complete so my sim isnt working

I preordered the Galaxy S6 edge 64gb on the 7GB red 4g plan and received my device on release, however my order has not went through as complete therefor my sim has not activated. I went in to the local store as well as calling customer services on saturday and i was told it should take up to 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. I am just posting here to see if there is anything else i can do as it is now my 4th day without a working simcard

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. 

 

My S6 arrived by post on Friday as expected, but from the moment I inserted the sim it said no network etc.

 

Went into the shop I ordered it from and they said that my order was showing as not complete, so in the short term they gave me a payg sim with a freedom freebie of a tenner on it, so I can at least use the phone for calls etc. What I can't do is take advantage of the 24 months of SS, Spotify, Now TV etc, until I have the number that I'll be using long term. I have a PAC code from 3 all ready to go.

 

I'm now just off the phone to Vodafone who said that my issue would be resolved within 5-7 days. So having received my phone on Friday and hoping to use it at the weekend, I now may not ahve it fully operational for NEXT weekend. Hardly a grand start to my Vodafone experience.

I have today been told the same,5 working days, at least you were given some kind of sim to use in the mean time, my local store gave me nothing

i got a nano sim in the delivery bag with the s6 edge on friday so i just did a sim swap just no wireless charger or case

I should get my phone by tommorow at the latest yes?  (Seeing as the accessory pack arrived last Friday) :smileymad:

im having the same problem and had it since 10th april. i just keep getting fobbed off with the phone calls and when u get put though to cancelation team i get cut off my 48hrs is up tomorrow at 12pm so lets see wot they got to say this time

Kyle the thing I don't get is, the person I spoke to on the phone today said that "the issue of 9th April will be resolved within 5-7 days of that date".

So why when I went into the store on Saturday (11th) did nothing come up on their system apart from order incomplete?

Sounds to me like a perfect example of one hand knowing naff all about what the other hand is doing. I'd lay good odds that I'll hear absolutely nothing from Vodafone, despite them saying they'll let me know when the sim is activated.

Yeah I phoned up as well as went into the store, the phonecall I had with customers service never existed on my profile
