Hello ,
I am trying to officially ulock my iphone 4s and i had a communication with the customer service back in the day. They told me that the IMEI that i provided is not recognised. What can I do from now on ?

Firstly, are you the original owner of the phone? If not, you’ll need the original owner to contact us.
If you’re the original owner, have you had your phone exchanged when it’s been sent away for repair or by your insurance company?
If so, the company will need to contact us with the updated IMEI details.
