Sure Signal Team,
Can the following IP address range be added to the Sure Signal white list?

We have received multiple reports of issues with these boxes connected to the above range.
Thank you in advance.

Hi voicehost,
I can confirm that the request has been approved and the changes have been requested, hopefully this should be updated within the next 48 hours.
I would leave this until then and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues after this time.

Hi Ben
We offer fixed wireless as a landline replacement.
Please do ensure that this IP range is opened up as we have many Suresignal users on our existing network who will be sure to complain when we move them over to our new IP range.
Thanks.
Rgds
