Icon on a screen - any idea?

Does anyone have any idea what the second icon is? The first one is an internet speed, but the second one from the left?

I am also having the same problem. When I download the gta vice city for android and installed it, I am getting its icon on 3 screens of my phone.

@ethanmackloy Does this disappear if you full close the app? (So it's not even running in the background)

It almost sounds as though the app is turning NFC on.  If you turn it off, does the app still work?
