My new blackberry phone which was receiving e-mails just fine is now asking me to validate my password but rejects the correct password as invalid all the time. I amstuck in this loop even though I know the password is correct. I have now deleted the account and tried to re set it but it will not accept this as valid either. I now have no e-mail access via this device and cannot work out what to do or how to get help to fix the problem. Please advise

Is this a BBM password or is it for another email service? If so, can you log into that service elsewhere (eg on the web) using your password? It's possible that it's a service rather than a device problem.
