Hi,
i've followed the procedure to unlock my iphone 5 (i've upgraded to an iphone 6) and received confirmation from Vodafone that the iphone is unlocked. i've followed the procedure (reboot and connect to Itunes) but the phone still shows as unlocked.
Grateful if someone from Vodafone could help?

Hi Cxxxx,
Thanks for getting in touch about unlocking your phone so you can use it on a different network. Your iPhone has now been unlocked.
What you need to do next
Please replace the SIM (use a SIM which has never been used with this iPhone) and connect to iTunes or perform a software restore via iTunes.
No joy?
If your SIM Card does not work, we can walk you through everything you need to do.
Thanks,
Vodafone Customer Services Team

Hi,
The update from Vodafone is to advise they've requested the unlock via Apple.
Apple then can take approximately 20-30 days to complete the actual unlock.
Periodically throughout this timeframe insert a non Vodafone Active SIM card and hook up to iTunes.
At some point you'll get a Congratulations message on the screen confirming its unlocked.
