I ordered a couple of hours ago via the live chat and the guy gave me an order reference number but when I log into my account online the number is still showing as being able to be upgraded, should I place the order again and if I do will one cancel the other and I end up with no phone at all?

I had this issue, I ordered online at 10am and recieved no confirmation, I checked with 191 and they reckoned the order was being looked at! But would go through over night, it still showed I could upgrade I wasn't hopeful.
A few people reported similar issues in various threads and one poster decided to try and upgrade again and it went through and he got confirmation very promptly afterwards, so I tried it about 10 minutes ago and I to recieved confirmation very promptly and it now says I can't upgrade as it is being processed. I am fearful I may be way down the queue, but I feel more confident I am at least in the queue.
Might be worth giving it a try.

I'd definitely try re-ordering. Seemed to work for me!
