Is there anyone going to adress this issue and own up.as it happens to a lot same thing same time.im on fiber 76 really good speed throw day soon as get to 4pm get around 1mbps till around 12am.carnt watch my tv or anything.ment to had 3 tickets now but still not heard anything.after my family being with Vodafone 15 years I think we may be leaving very soon.how can u have internet that dose not work at night when all the family is home??

Iv been onto them 5 times and had 3 tickets.but still no contact.my speed now it’s past 4pm is 3mbps and will drop to 0.30 soon till midnight then back upto 70mbps.i got no tv at night or internet for Xbox and kids school work.i have a mentaly disabled daughter who watches YouTube to relax her brain to go bed. But carnt no so it’s hell plus any other daughter carnt do school work.

Tgats the reference.spoke to come one last nite that admitted it’s the box outside with my outside line and that engineers Know about it and put on my ticket.but no time scale givin.can u tell me how I go about getting a refund for months I’m paying for.having to run tv ect off 50gb of data that have game me but only lasts 14 days.cheers
