I know Vodafone broadband blocks most VPNS by default. (sighs) but after having these enabled by Customer Services I have been using them with no issue for months until Jan the 1st 2018.
Now Hotspot Shield wont work. When it tries to install the Profile into the MAC OS is comes back as 'unverified' and it wont enable leaving me in an endless loop of HSS telling me I need to install a profile that wont actually fully install.
I have no firewall, little snitch etc and Hotspot Shield helpdesk are baffled it looks like is something on the ISP end. Some kind of DNS blockage. I can use VPNs that use apps not profiles but they tend to be slower.
Has anyone else experienced issues with VPNS on Vodafone Broadband since the beginning of the year?

This has resolved itself. The issue was with Hotspot Shield and their own profile 'packs'. VPN settings that guides the app. They havent offered any explanation as to what went wrong but it is working again now.
