From last Tuesday to last Thursday test emails, sent from my work email address/account, to my demon.co.uk email were bounced. From last Thursday, however, further test emails are not bounce but I don't receive them at demon.co.uk even though my login is fine and sending emails works. My inbox just doesn't pick up new emails using my iPhone or MS Outlook Desktop email clients - neither of these have changed and have worked well since the migration from demon.co.uk to names.co.uk. Names.co.uk have closed my support item and while I've managed to reopen it and add comments the call just sits at priority 'medium'...
Any other Old Demon Vodafone folk seeing this...?

If you follow this link and click on the Broadband tile, Live Chat should be able to help you. I've juct checked and they're busy at the moment, so maybe give it a bit.

Hello @myhome
I understand your frustration, as @hrym advised, have you spoken with our Broadband Live Chat?
Alternatively, please contact Demon directly on 0345 272 2666 or http://demon.net/support/ to discuss this further.

For years we have stupidly paid £12 a month for something we could get elsewhere for free (i.e. email), because we originally had a Demon dial-up service (and my wife refused to change her email address). Now that service is cancelled and you are still taking our £12, at least you did in October and didn't even give us a full month before disconnecting us.
I've stopped the direct debit, but I have no way of informing Vodaphone that I've done so. The Contact Us portion of the website is full of useless categories and ultimately they want a billing username which we don't have - or at least the one we do have doesn't work.
We have no wish to continue with names.co.uk, so please stop billing us.
