K3565 Modem - Searching For Network

Hi, im using the K3565 mobile broadband usb stick modem and it was working fine until a few hours ago when i got cut off and now it does nothing but say "searching for network" and now i cant use it, does anyone have any ideas as i desperatley need it for work?

have you tried taking the SIM out and putting the SIM in a handset to see if picks up network?

It might be a case that the local site may be down if its searching for network, if the phone does the same, then I would say that's quite likely.

I've checked your local postcode and cannot see any problems other than network signal is patchy outdoor cover in that area. Is this your current location?

hi, my current location is glasgow, i havent tried that but i mite as i say its desperatley needed.
