K5150 online but not only allowing minimal data

Hello I just brought a G4 mobile pay as you go dongle. It is a G4 dongle but unfortunately I can only get G3+ here. I am set up and connected but I received this message from Vodafone "It looks like you’ve swapped your SIM or updated your device. To continue using data and sending picture messages, you need to update your settings manually, as your device doesn’t support automatic settings updates. Get started at vodafone.co.uk/settingsinfo"....Basically when I am online I cannot even load a webpage as its running so slow. What settings do I need to update manually to correct this?

You can check the APN’s are all set up correctly on our settings page.
