In the centre of Irvine, around postcode KA12 8BJ I am unable to get a basic service outdoors.Receive absolutely no signal, not even for emergency calls. This only occurs for around a 500m radius around this area. In the rest of the town I can receive and acceptable signal.
How can you report these issues to Vodafone? It's been this way for at least 6 months now.

The Cellmapper app has proven useful for investigating such things before. I would recommend travelling around the area with the phone set up as default and then again set to 3G only. Just make sure to upload the data once you've 'surveyed' around the area so that I can analyse the situation. @kglen If you're still experiencing issues whilst on 2G only with call failures, please respond to the email I sent to you earlier today (20 February 2017).
