1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Up until a few months ago, when indoors, would still get decent 4G signal. Now, when indoors, would be lucky to get H or sometimes H+.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Not relevant. Others within the company who are also with Vodafone have the same problems.

A few months ago.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it
occurs?
Seems to be permanent at the moment. If we go outside it may revert back to 4G. We're not far away from the mast at all.

@Voodoo78 - It looks like there may be some planned work in your area this month.
It’s not currently showing on our network status checker, although please keep a look out there for any updates on this taking place.
