1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
The issue seems to go away around 1/5 mile away
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
LS19 6BA
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
While I have not tried my own SIM card in another phone, others I know on Vodafone suffer from the same issue.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
The signal varies between 4G/3G/E/No Service, cycling rapidly (I can start using data, lose signal altogether, and then get it back, all within the space of a minute. Data is my priority, but it's also hard for people to call me.
This occurs outside as well as inside.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Once service was restored after the major outage of early March.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
This is a work address so I haven't tested it outside of business hours, but seems to be consistent.

Hi
Using the Vodafone Network Checker I see that your masts are ok in regards to local ones but some surrounding ones are highlighted. It can sometimes affect a person's local masts if work is being carried out on surrounding ones if Vodafone are re routing network traffic to compensate.
"We'll be doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to start work on 12am 07 Apr 2017 and to have things back to normal by 4am 07 Apr 2017. Everything else should be working fine."
It can also take a few days for the masts to fully settle once works have been completed.

I zoomed out enough to see the planned maintenance, and it's a long way away - several miles. Can this really be the cause?
I think something else must be up.
My issues resolve if I go as much as half a mile up the road...

@jmclusky I've checked your local serving site (11985) and it's performing correctly.
As stated by @BandOfBrothers, there is currently planned maintenance work in the nearby area, this will be to improve calls, texts and data.
Please allow this work to take place on 7 April, if you're then still experiencing issues, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
