@Ptc83 - I’ve checked the coverage in your area and you should get good 2G - however 3G and 4G are mostly patchy and available outdoors only.
Your local sites all look to be performing fine.
I recommend you change your phones network settings to 2G only, as this should help improve the signal you receive for calls and texts.
As this is due to general coverage and not a fault, you could buy a Sure Signal to use at home as this would provide you with 3G.

Finally someone admits my coverage is patchy. Thanks for coming back to me - I've been getting fobbed off by Live Chat for weeks.
Just so I'm clear, I have to manually alter the settings of my phone each time I'm home to ensure I get calls, or spend more money buying additional kit to allow me to use Vodafone in my area?

@Ptc83 - Changing to 2G only at home should help improve the signal you receive.
This is because your phone will always try to connect to 3G first, even if the 2G coverage is far superior.

Good call - that's the best I get.
What do I do to raise a complaint about this?

@Ptc83 - As mentioned above, this will be due to the general coverage in the area and isn’t a fault with the network.
A Sure Signal will help at home, as this will provide you with 3G.
