Hi,
My Suresignal box s/n 21224508263 has worked perfectly for approx 2 years. Suddenly today it stopped providing signal to mobiles in the house. This is a problem because we have no vodafone signal at all.
The power light is on steady, and the @ light is flashing slowly.
I have reset the unit twice but after its start-up, it just goes back to the above state.
Done a speed test which looks normal for my area (ping 52ms, download 6.40Mbps, upload 0.32Mbps)
Do you know what the problem is and how I can fix it...?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
