Hi,

 

Can you please tell me can you use lineone.net email address on mobile dongle or is the IP blocked?

Hi Chopsy101,

 

I'm haven't heard of a specific email provider being blocked. Do you have the IP address so I can check?

 

In case that's not the issue, what happens when you try using it? Is there an error message?

Just to check, can you receive email?

 

If you're still having problems try changing yoru outgoing server settings. You might not have the option to this depending on the mail client you're using.

 

Leave the outgoing mail server as lineone's

Set the port for the outgoing mail server to 587

Enable outgoing mailserver authentication

Enter your lineone username and password

 

What you're doing here is proving to the oputgoing lineone mailserver that you have a valid mail account.
